I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (License #: 009760). I received my Bachelor of Science degree with Honours, from the University of Toronto, where I specialized in the study of psychology. I then went on to complete a graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health at Durham College, where my passion for mental health grew even stronger. My highest degree is a Master’s of Art in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, which has allowed me to be an expert in helping clients through the most difficult spots in their lives. 

Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience helping clients in both private practice and community mental health settings.  My expertise lies in working with adults who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns. I specialize in aligning with clients who seek to work through challenges surrounding anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationships and much more! 

I work from a client centred and trauma informed lens where I draw on Evidenced Based Therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
