Toronto, ON, Canada |

I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist in Ontario, working with clients aged 16 and older who want support navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenges in dating or adult relationships. I have a special focus on helping people understand and heal from trauma and attachment wounds, including the ways past experiences impact intimacy, connection, and self-esteem.

I use a variety of evidence-based and body-informed approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, process emotions, and build healthier patterns in relationships and in life.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I work with you to identify your strengths, heal old wounds, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. I also honour diversity and work with clients from all cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds.

I offer a gentle, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, connection, and empowerment. Together, we move at your pace—honouring your resilience while easing the weight of past experiences. Clients often find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility as we work collaboratively toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of work, I enjoy wellness, cooking, spending time outdoors, and meaningful connections with loved ones. I am committed to walking alongside you as you grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
